Had the absolute honor of attending and second shooting at my first wedding with my amazingly talented friends at Elmwood Forest Productions. Getting to witness this intimate day of love and laughter at the amazing Casa Feliz in Winter Park, FL was like watching a living fairy tale unfold before my eyes. The beautiful scarlet red and gold accents pressed against an overcast sky make the perfect backdrop to this happy couple's big day.
There is nothing better than a well dressed man.
Except, possibly, two.
I made a blog about how to make this beautiful, slimy, sticky, goopy safe substance that I lovingly called The Goo not too long ago. Well, I ended up taking the creepy black sludge and pouring it all over a beautiful girl after a long, grungy photoshoot. While The Goo was featured on the page's Facebook, some of the other shots were saved for the website. Say Hello to J.
Based on that title, I think we can probably guess where this new theme is going....
Hips&Cars Photography is teaming up with God&Monsters, a new comic book and pop culture store in Orlando for prop-heavy road trip fit for Batman aficionados.
It's that time of year again....Even though it's the middle of July (sorry for bursting your bubble!) it's time to start thinking about getting everyone back into school! New hair, new outfits and a new picture every year. Ugh those school pictures....how about we change it up a little this time?
Have you ever seen one of those photos on the internet of a girl, or perhaps a creature, all covered in this shiny, slimy, oozing black goo that gives the viewer the impression of toxic sludge? While it was most black liquid latex that was used, what do you do when you don't have access to a large quantity of liquid latex? Or if your model is allergic to latex? Well I have come up with a great looking solution that has a terrific gooey viscosity, a shiny latex coloring, and it's 100% WASHABLE.
I have some new lipsticks that will now be available for use for any future photo shoots! Hooray!!
So I know that it's Monday but after you slam as much deep fried COOKIE DOUGH (that's right, deep fried cookie dough people) down your gullet as you can over a weekend, you end up OBVIOUSLY sick not doing what you're supposed to be doing.
This week's Friday Night Fight is courtesy of my friend Jessica Cronk. Last night I paid a visit to Jess at Calta's Fitness in Tampa, FL off of Gandy Blvd. This shoot is all about the great stand-up game: Boxing.
